1. The Living room
   • A colour TV with Freeview, some of which with a DVD player
   • Scrabble and chess sets
   • Jigsaw puzzles
   • Books, guide books
   • A large scale wall mounted Ordnance Survey map of the area
2. The Bedrooms
   • Beds made in comfortable poly-cotton, wind dried and ironed
   • Duvets on all beds (non-feather)
   • Extra blankets on request
   • Personal towels for those visiting us from overseas
   • Please note that cot bedding is NOT supplied
3. The Kitchen
   • A fridge-freezer
   • A microwave oven, as well as a conventional oven
   • Dishwasher tablets
   • A Crockpot
   • A small barbecue on request (fuel not provided)
   • Sufficient crockery, cutlery and heavy duty pots and pans
   • Pyrex or Corning-ware for preparing and serving meals
4. Laundry
   • Centrally provided coin-op washer and tumble dryer
   • Washing powder in laundry room
   • Plenty of outdoor drying space
   • Pegs provided for washing lines
   • Iron and ironing board
5. WiFi Internet access
   • There is WiFi in the cottages and the communal spaces
   • Normal use is free of charge
6. General/Sundries
   • hoover
   • low wattage bulbs for youngsters who don’t like the dark at home, still less in a strange house
   • Washing-up liquid, tea towels, oven gloves, dishwasher powder where there is a dishwasher
   • Salt, pepper, vinegar, English mustard
   • toilet cleaner and an initial supply of toilet rolls
7. Electric Vehicle Charging
   To complement our photo voltaic solar panels, we now have two charging points for plug-in battery electric vehicles on site. Intended for use only by our guests, they are operated through an app or the internet, and allow cars to be charged without any hassle. The chargers deliver 7.2 kW, making for a fast charge, and have Type 2 connectors – the most common ones in use. Payment is based on the amount of charge taken, without any special connection fees or the like. Download the VendElectric app and you are good to go.
8. Guest Information
   There is a wealth of general information (including tide tables) displayed in the entrance hall and the table tennis room, as well as a large selection of brochures and leaflets on things to do in the area.
